This page supplements our main privacy policy and describes how Deepvision Pte Ltd handles data received through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API when our Revenue Funnel agent communicates with leads on a business's WhatsApp number. It is intended for people who message a business served by Revenue Funnel, and for Meta's app review process.
When you message a business's WhatsApp number served by Revenue Funnel, we process the data WhatsApp sends us through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API — your WhatsApp phone number and the content of the messages you send. We do not access your Facebook profile, friends list, Pages, or Instagram accounts, and we do not post or manage ads on anyone's behalf.
We use WhatsApp message data solely to operate the Revenue Funnel agent for the business you contacted — to reply to you, answer questions, qualify your enquiry, book a meeting, and hand off to a human agent where appropriate. We do not use it to advertise to you or to build profiles beyond the conversation you initiated.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors strictly necessary to run Revenue Funnel (such as our cloud hosting and AI model providers), bound by confidentiality; when required by law or valid legal process; or with your explicit instruction.
We retain conversation data for as long as needed to operate the service for the business you contacted and to meet legal and accountability obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You can request deletion sooner at any time.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected], or through Meta's data deletion request mechanism, which sends us a request and returns a confirmation code. You can check the status of a request using that confirmation code on our data deletion page.
You retain the right to access, correct, and delete the personal data we hold about you under Singapore's PDPA. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
